It has been featured on Rachel Ray's show and I have never heard of this product.
Here's the link: http://www.miraclenoodle.com/ Since it has NO CALORIES, NO CARBS, NO FAT, NO ANYTHING, and it indicates it's perfect for diabetics BECAUSE IT SLOWS THE DIGESTION, well it seems to be all good. Not cheap, but hey, if a person can eat pasta while being a diabetic, imagine what we can do with this stuff!!! Pasta with vegetables, pasta with soup, pasta with ANYTHING. The only thing I have a question about is that it says: "it slows the digestion" because it makes you feel fuller because it is soluble fiber. Now I take benefiber and I do just fine with that. If I eat this product, does this mean I no longer have to do the benefiber thing. And because slows the digestion process, does this mean that a person doesn't go to the bathroom every day because if this is the case, forget it, I LIKE GOING TO THE BATHROOM EVERY DAY. Any and all comments (Hey Mrs. D, here's a good one for ya) are welcome Melody
