Keep it in the same place. That's what I do. I NEVER move my diabetic meter. It sits on a counter along with my test strips, my lancing device and my alcohol prep pads. If I have to go out and my friends want me to test them, or I want to test myself OUTSIDE of my house, I grab another meter and some test strips and another lancing device. I have more than one. I know that if I moved that meter off the counter, I would never see it again. Bet on that. lol Melody
