Default Would your doctor think I am a diabetic?

My PCP is about to be replaced. I have been with him for about 10-12 years, but as I get progressively worse, he seems to be less inclined to do anything. Who supervises your diabetes treatment?

Example: 1-7-11 blood and urine tests at lab indicate:
glucose 65-99 normal I am 106
A1C 5.7
Mean Plasma Glucose 126

Dec 10, 2010 labs:
glucose 65-99 normal I was 131

On Dec 10th testing, I was told I did not need to fast, since then one doctor says the results don't always change that much with fasting.

What would you do?
