i was looking for a story concering christophine and diabetes where i found
the page with this nice melody explaing about it.
we in the caribbean eat christophine like on a daily basis but i just wanted to know if i can just contineu using it maybe change the way to cook it depending on the recipe

but i also like the idea of putting it in the juicer with celery and cucumber and what not
