So a few sips every day, well, if there is any left over I would throw it out. But actually, because I don't make that much, I usually don't have any left over. I guess I could down it as a shot in one gulp, but I'm so used to taking small sips, that's how I do it. Don't know why. I bet you could freeze it in ice cube trays and every day (or more if needed), take out two ice cubes, put in shot glass or small cut and you'd have your tea for that day?? Never thought of that, but that would work. lol
