Default exercise raises my blood sugar

Exercise is supposed to be so good for diabetes, but it drives my numbers up.

What exercise doesn't raise blood sugar? I walk (can't run or anything like that) and I'm a former dancer, so I dance around the house a lot. Moving is important for my sanity, and also for my stroke and TBI recovery.
