Just been looking into fruits. Here is an advice page from Diabetes UK. https://www.diabetes.org.uk/Guide-to...ruit-diabetes/ If you check on sites like Fatsecret (this is the mobile site) http://mobile.fatsecret.com There is a fairly comprehensive nutritional breakdown of all foodstuffs, including individual fruits. This site is invaluable for one like me, Diabetic on a weight-loss diet. Dave.

I am not a diabetic, but i do have pn. I have to keep the sugar down regardless. I do like fruits and i eat strawberries,rasberries,blueberries, & boysenberries. I just dont eat them every day. Maybe 2-3 times a week. |
