low sugar fruit. I don't eat a lot of fruits, but some. Hardly any carbs, but some. So am aware of it all.
Just hearing an MD on the radio talking about Latient Diabetes, even though docs tell a person their sugars are good, they could be latient. I am not but I know some people who I think are. One friend has horrible idopathic neuropathy but I believe she is diabetic but not enough for a doc to tell her. Anyway, best fruits to stay with to keep sugar low. |

Hi Caroline,
Just been looking into fruits. Here is an advice page from Diabetes UK. https://www.diabetes.org.uk/Guide-to...ruit-diabetes/ If you check on sites like Fatsecret (this is the mobile site) http://mobile.fatsecret.com There is a fairly comprehensive nutritional breakdown of all foodstuffs, including individual fruits. This site is invaluable for one like me, Diabetic on a weight-loss diet. Dave.

What about peaches?
I have heard that berries with an edible skin are good. |
