Default Getting back on track

Getting Back in the Saddle
I have diabetes 2 and Neuropatht
For the past year I have been trying to get my sugar under control. My PCD just increased my Glipizide now taking 20 mg per day. Also take 2000 mg. Metformin Just started eating smaller dinners at night
I have sun dance syndrome sugar is fine till wake up and take fasting then high 177 to 199. Today fasting 144 I have been really dedicated. My cheeks and lips get numb that is scary. I took everything for neuropathy not for me quit taking did not help enough for all the side effects 50 percent and less.

I can tolerate the numbness and feeling of sand in my feet. It is around 11 pm it starts to get a whole lot worse and I will take Motrin that helps if too bad take Xanax and worst case take oxy codone, put my feet in ice water after rub with something menthol and put medicated powder on them. I do get sometimes my legs will ache, I don't get the dreaded twitches only once in a while. Used to get uncontrollable leg movement but not this year. Basically I go about my day it is not going to take over my life 100 percent. On the whole I would say 25 percent of my day where it interferes with my life style. I appreciate any input as to how you cope or good pointers.
