My Mood: lowered my a1c without meds.
Default lowered my a1c without meds.

as the title states, i lowered my a1c from 9.3 in feb down to 6.9 a few weeks ago without the use of meds.

How did you do this, with food elimination.

OA onset at 18, now 77. Fibro onset at 61, Hip Replacement "mess" 72 (nerve damage, IT band damage, shorter leg). Otherwise, pretty good health.

Most important supplement: grape seed extract
