Ooo Heightened State of PANIC.....HELP!!!

Since I got home from a month in hospital I seem to be in a heightened state of panic. I'm afraid of anything medical, people, and my heart starts banging away wildly. Has this happened to anyone else? I did have 2 stents put in my heart while I was there. Could that have anything to do with this?

I am not sleeping well at all. I go 2 or 3 nights without any sleep. My heart is just banging away.

Talking to a doctor or nurse about this is exactly what starts it so please don't say that.

And I am a newly diagnosed diabetic. It's really rough.
