atticus: It does have good benefits and I'm so pleased with my results....

And for fasting and labs, I have never done them fasting, maybe a couple times yrs ago.

I'm happy to see my lower A1C

Just realized the Berberine has lowered my cholesterol from the lab report. One of many issues Berberine addresses.

Cholesterol is NOT a fear of mine, I fear too low cholesterol as our bodies NEED IT and brains for sure.

One thing I found in my labs recently and I've been taking Berberine to lower glucose levels and it's done a wonderful job in the year I've been taking Berberine, it's a supplement....yeah one of those *** awful natural supplements.

Anyway I found my cholesterol levels came in lower than ever in all the years I've had tests done.... So for you fearing cholesterol and taking those toxic statins...think about Berberine.

So many supplements can and do address other issues.
