Low Blood Sugar!!
Oh My!! I am on a new med...glyberide...with metformin. Yesterday I experienced some low sugars but today it was worse! I had a decent breakfast and within 3 1/2 hours my sugar was down to 63! It was horrible!! I have never felt that way. Oh boy...now I am starting to understand how important it is to EAT! I am finding it hard to figure out the correct balance of my food. Tomorrow my Mom is coming over to try to help me make up a new effective food plan. Oh boy....I have heard people say that type 2 diabetes is nothing....well I am so sick of this disease and I have only been aware that I have it for a year now. It is so frustrating!!!!! I felt so awful today.............I cannot explain how I felt other than extremely shakey....hot...confused and afraid! I could barely hold my glass to drink some juice to try to raise my sugar! Oh my goodness what a frightening experience Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!!
