There are even some cinnamon supplements out there that are good too.
Long term daily usage of cinnamon make be troublesome because of build up of impurities due to manufacturing process.Cinnamon supplements recommended. Moderate exercise also important and quitting smoking if thats a factor.

Hi Shelley, I got my Cinnamon at Walmart, its the Rexall brand. Cost about $4.86 or something like that 60 caps. I take the 1000 mg. (I take 1 X 2 times daily with meals.) (breakfast & supper) I never run out of energy unless I'm having a stressful day, then rest and I am good to go. I exercise also. Best thing that ever happen to me.

Default When does Gestational Diabetes normally start?

Ok, I know everyone doesn't get it but even before I was pregnant I was on a controlled diet to maintain my blood sugar and it's getting worse but I’m only 16weeks so I was wondering if may be I have it already. Thanks for your answers and I’m going to ask my doctor at my next visit just was kind of wondering now. When does Gestational Diabetes normally start?
