Well, I have finally gotten to the point where I need to carry them on me all the time or my sugar bottoms out. It is my own fault really....I need to eat properly. I eat....do not get me wrong....I just eat at the wrong times and not always the best choices that I could make. How is everyone else doing?

I'm doing great Dorrie. Lost 2 pounds since yesterday. I can't get over the how easy it is, once I got to moving more (exercise)! I have the energy to do it now and I don't want sugar at all. It makes me feel good.
I hope you are doing better today Dorrie. I plan on cleaning more of my rugs this afternoon. Hugs Billie

Hi Shelley....sorry I was incorrect....they are Dextrose...they are called "Dextrosol" I had to take another one today while I was driving as I felt a little funny and knew it was my sugar. After I got home I carried my Granddaughter up the 4 sets of 8 stairs to the 3rd floor got in and my sugar was 4....it has been at 2.8 before but at 4 I do not feel to good and start to shake alot. Again., forgot my snack!
