Default Glucose Tablets

Well, I have finally gotten to the point where I need to carry them on me all the time or my sugar bottoms out. It is my own fault really....I need to eat properly. I eat....do not get me wrong....I just eat at the wrong times and not always the best choices that I could make. How is everyone else doing?
