friday, I'm having a iodized Thyroid test. And I have to be careful

In case you do not know how to get there...click on user c p on the left of your screen...click on networking on the left of the screen as well..then click on social groups!! Scroll down untill you find the group "Weightloss and healthy living 2009" It is oodles and bunches of fun!!
