Unhappy Whats going on?

Hi guys, my first post here. ^_^

My question is...sometimes I get a random "jump". I lose control of a my body for barely 2 seconds, what is this? Its greatly effecting my daily life not to mention how scary it is.

On a side note...How do we cope with this? I'm finding it hard to keep going in life. I had to quit school due to money so I'm living with my parents (I'm 18). All my friends moved on finding their schools and going through their lives, yet I'm stuck here in my old life. I sometimes just sit in my room and cry for hours...I know I'm weak and this makes me sound pathetic but I have no one to turn to.
What did you guys do?...

Thank you for reading, I'm sorry for whining so much...
B.D.
