My husband has epilepsy, and he has had it managed very well up until last night until he had a simple partial seizure. I was wanting to re-vamp our diet to put only good food that will feed his brain and help him avoid having another seizure.
I've been reading about these high fat diets, but I really don't understand how we both could do this. (I don't have epilepsy, but I am willing to change my diet to support him). Any ideas? Thanks! |
