Default what kind of headaches

Hi Iam am someone who has had left side of head headaches that are piercing and short. Yet very painful. I have had them more freguently while under alot of stress around a possible major move. I realized I do not want to make the move, yet a bit late as the pruchase is in the process, howeverwe can sell it. But I found it really hard to know what my truth was trying to please my partner. Any ways my headaches have been still on the leftside, while having arm and leg jerks something I do not usually have and the headaches are now pretty steady.

Also I have felt alot of anxiety way more than usuall so I wonder if this is triggering them any thoughts?
