Default chronic high electricity in the brain

i have chronic high electricity in the brain it is a rare disease the EEG is normal that kind of electricity affected all the brain functions i'm asking is there any other way to measure the electricity in the brain because the EEG doesn't show any high electricity and i hope someone recommend me a proper medication for my case
