Default Allot of meds????

I told before how my med co. sent me some Zonisamide (generic zonegran)that I didn't order (the Dr's office sent them a fax cuz they thought I wanted it when what I wanted was a new prescription for Zonegran). I recieved that new prescription too & sent it in for Zonegran. Soon I will have several weeks of Zonegran & I still have several weeks of Zonisamide. Does anyone know how long these meds stay good/effective?

It should say somewhere on the box or the bottle (an exp. date). I'd check those out, most last fairly long but I'd check dates to be sure.

Hi rainzy,
Ellie is correct that the meds should stay good until the experation date but one thing that happened to me is that I took depekene (valproic acid) for many yrs. and my body became immune to the drug so it no longer worked for me then I had to change over to diamox instead. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!
