just happened in,,, was this a seizure or a vaso vagal episode caused by cervcal spine pathology......? not sure about that senario....just a thought.....your foot may have been on gas pedal, but if there was no damage you couldnt have been going very fast when you hit, whatever you hit......did the amb drivers make note of you in the car, as you were going in front of them? good luck
