Default Just a gripe----

I faxed my neuro's nurse that I had been in ER due to yet another prolonged flop that ativan did little for. Long story short, apparently they intend to get me off dilantin after lamictal get's to the level they want it. That will be 3 more weeks. I mentioned that lamictal can make dilantin 40% minus it's value. To me, it would make sence to keep the dilantin level above 15 instead of 11 which it was @ the ER & I'm sure is the reason why I flopped. I weaned dilantin off myself w/o a problem years ago. Common sense to me is to be sure no more seizures & work on weaning off the dilantin later.
The aura has remained after the ER, so they think I will just sit & deal w/ it cause they can't do anything & the Dr. is gone for a week.

Gimminy christmas!!
