is it the seizure or causing the seizure, one of those which came first the chicken or the egg things...

as for the PF it can be sciatica related, my pf got better but turned into IT band problems (same leg), the IT band runs from the outside of the knee to the hip. Stretching is always good.

Good shoes are important. Get new shoes often (I've been told every 3 months), before they wear out on the bottoms.

I've read that taking tegretol can cause/ aggrivate tendon and ligament injuries, so who knows. If it's not one tendon it's another.
