is it the seizure or causing the seizure, one of those which came first the chicken or the egg things...

as for the PF it can be sciatica related, my pf got better but turned into IT band problems (same leg), the IT band runs from the outside of the knee to the hip. Stretching is always good.

Good shoes are important. Get new shoes often (I've been told every 3 months), before they wear out on the bottoms.

I've read that taking tegretol can cause/ aggrivate tendon and ligament injuries, so who knows. If it's not one tendon it's another.

3 months, huh?? Well, at least I have a good excuse to give my hubby for buying shoes. Interesting about Teg, too...I was on it for almost 3 years, and I blew up like a balloon from it! My blood sugar went berserk, and I gained 50 lbs in about 2 years. I'd only been off of it about 2 years when I got preg with my daughter and had really bad sciatic pain. I also have a funky walk from scoliosis and a limp from a shunt infection (see siggy). My right leg is the longer one and took most of the weight, so it doesn't shock me that it has the PF. I just have to make it better!! UGH....

Thanks!

Thanks, Jen! It was...

I also realized this morning that I just lost 2 more points...down to 26! It takes some adjustment, but I'll make it happen--eventually.
