Default Lights

Someone here wrote how lights, ("especially at WalMart") bother them. I was watching Good Morning America & a man on the show mentioned how they are going to build their new stores with skylights, so they need less floresent lights (less electricity $$ thet see it). I wonder if there's less energy consuming lighting (less $$ to them) they can use in their existing stores. So maybe they will change those???
