Default Our daughter

Hello,
This is my first post here, my daughter has a very rare chromosome abnormality and has several developmental issues. This last year on about 6 occasions she has waken in the night, 2 to 4 am, with dizziness and vomiting. This lasts for a few hours or until I give her some anti nausea medication. It has been 3 years since her last EEG and that was done with her screaming the whole time. It showed at the time she had some rare spiking on the left side. She has also developed something where when she is in severe pain, usually due to bowel issues or has a stomach virus just prior to vomiting she will "pass out" go completely limp, make a couple snorting sounds and big intake of air and then come to and be hysterical and then actually vomit. This happens when she is very ill with a virus. Only once did it happen when she was not vomiting and we found out the next day that she had a bowel obstruction so was most likely in a lot of pain. She was just standing there and suddenly dropped to the floor like a rock and got right back up. She does not show pain until its very bad.
So since she has started this early morning sickness stuff and its been some time since her last eeg the neurologist ordered an overnight video eeg. We did that the night before last.
It went well and she slept well that night, she usually doesn't. I did notice that on the computer while awake it showed no flags for seizure but after asleep and during the night the seizure pattern detector flagged more than 20. I guess my question is does any of this sound like she may be having seizure activity. How accurate are those computers for actually flagging seizures? I know I will get a report for the neurologist but a few opinions may go a way to giving my mind a rest as its racing now!
Thanks for any input offered!!!
