Angry body twihiching or jerking

Hi all
i was wondering if anyone has experienced their body twihiching or jerking while they are resting or sleeping.

this had happind for a long time even when i was not told i had epi but i start having the funny turns

it can happin at any time of the day even if i am sitting reading wratching tv sitting in my maths class.

what is happing
