Hi flopper,
What you are describing sounds like the beginning of a myoclonic sz. This type of sz. happens when a person gets up from sleeping or after they lay down to go to sleep. It's happened to me a few times this yr. where I'm totally aware of what's happening but my body is out of control jerking around for about 2 min. especially my arms, and head. check out this website for more info. http://www.emedicine.com/neuro/index.shtml#seizures Click on myoclonic sz. to get the full detail. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You! Sue |
