Hi cazzie,
My best advice to you is to call both your pharmacist to see if any of the meds you take can cause this feeling you are getting and then call your neuro and explain everything the him/her. If I may ask do you have any back problems or spinal problems? The reason why I'm asking is because sometimes this happens to me but it's because I have a herniated disc. Also take note of if there was a low pressure sometimes a low pressure can affect people with epilepsy causing them to have sz. check out this website to get a lot of info. http://www.emedicine.com/neuro/index.shtml#seizures
Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!

Lightbulb antiseizure medications

Lower calcium and Vit D.

When calcium is low, there are tingling sensations, in the face and elsewhere.
You need to discuss this with your doctor and have some tests run.

Good luck

Yes, talk to your doctor and see what is going on. Some medications are very prone to having this happen. SOme seizure types are also similar to this. Your doctor can be best to talk this through with this to be sure what is going on.

Hang in there, hoping you figure it out soon

By any chance do you take Topamax? This is a common side effect of that drug. My neuro suggested I take Potassium to counteract the pins and needle feeling and to my surprise- it works! You might consider giving it a try and see if it helps.
