Angry pin and needs/tindling?

hi all for
almost 1 month now i had tinndline not pin and needles.
it started in my feet one day in april i gone to bed and my feet and face started to tindle.
and it happind again that week on the thursday. my feet start tidleing on the train going to ryans.

the first time on the tusday it hapind for a few mins and then i went to sleep and did not thinking nothing of it.
again on the thursday it started in my feet and went to my face.

about a week later it happined again.
start with tindling in my feet
few days later tidling in my hands.
then again i had tindling in my feet and and then when i woke up i start having tindling.

again this monday i had findling in my feet and hands.

it now happind any time of the day from my hands,fingers,face, feet,an part of my body.

what could this be is it my meds what i read about this but not srue what to do if to go docs or what to do?
