Help

One of the best advisories to do is consult with your
Primary Care Physician and alert him/her of the event
as soon as possible, especially if he/she already has
your historical information. The Primary Care Physician
would then go over everything and evaluate you from
that standpoint and then consider everything from there.

But it is generally a good idea if all possible to keep a log,
journal, diary, or anything - if you are experiencing this
often. If this was a one-time event, you should have been
in the Hospital ER - there could be a lot of reasons why
such event happened but not necessarily "Epilepsy" for
there are things that can trigger seizures.

And on the final note - be honest and open with your
Doctor and don't hide anything back either!

As implied, we are not Medical Doctors here - however,
if you need further assistance or are experiencing problems
please click on the Epilepsy Foundation logo below - and
call them or visit the website for more information there,
but phoning them would be a better option because they
would be able to be of more benefit to you specifically.
