For those who have had an angiogram, can you recall it? I can't. How are they done & can you get up & leave ASAP, or do you have to stay put before released?
I recall one moons ago done in the groin where I had to stay put for hours. Now I hear they can be done in the arm instead of the groin, but do you need to remain still? I had a CT scan w/ dye a year ago which I thought was the same as an angoigram, but I was out the door right after they put the band-aid on. Thanks! |

I honestly prefer the one in the groin than in the arm. That hurt much much worse. I had to stay several hours afterwards and yes I had to remain still.
