Default should i raised the topiramate dose?

i would like to say sorry before, that my english is not good enough. i have a question here.. my son is 4.5 years old his weigth is 20kg. he had e seizure, his doctor said is gestaut lennox syndrom. he had 50mg of topiramate per day divided in two dose,25mg each caps, since feb 2007. and since may 2007 he had no seizure anymore. about a month a go, the farmacist made a mistake. they gave me not the 25mg caps, but the 15mg caps. so without even notice i give my child the wrong dose. and so it already a month he taking the 30mg topiramate per day, and not get any seizure. the doctor said that we should raise the dose at the 25mg again. i already ask a second opinion to other doctor . and in his opinion hi thinks that i shouldn't raised the dose. because my son body is ready to take the new dose, and he sugested to tapering it of every 2 weeks about 10% of the dose until 0mg. is there anyone could help me to give an opinion about this? many thanks before..
