Default Keppra questions

I was diagnosed with spinal myoclonus today and the doctor wants to start me on Keppra. I know next to nothing about this med. I was hoping someone could give me some advice about it.

What to expect? any side effects? what to watch out for? Does it work?

Any advice would be helpful. thank you.

Hi gypsyrose,
Keppra can sometime cause a person to be very moody and have a hot temper. My neuro wanted me to take the drug but I refused to because of the side effects. To get a full detail of the side effects of keppra check out Drugs on the right corner of your screen and it will give you all the detail you need to know. Here's wishing you the best of luck and May God Bless You!
