Default Stumped and Looking for Answers

Trying to self-diagnose. No luck with doctors yet. All of them just tell me my symptoms are stress related but I don't believe it. Symptoms: headaches, confusion, blurred vision, ringing in ears, twitches in R eye, L hand and L foot, nausea, dizziness, speech difficulties (i.e. forgetting words, mumbling, stuttering), fatigue, difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking too early. I also have joint pain, cramps in abdomin, back, feet and hands, and my newest symption - bowel incontinence. Has anyone had similar symptoms? Neurologist said it could be MS or some type of seizures, but he felt strongly that it was just stress. He scheduled me for MRI and EEG but not for 2 weeks. Doesn't seemed to be real concerned, but I am. Does this sound like it could be a form of seizures?

Hi rossy,
I'm no Dr. but what you are decribing sounds like you may have a form of MS and that can sometimes cause seizures. I know this because I have family with MS. Lack of sleep and stress are the 2 main things that can trigger seizures because it effects your hormones and when they get messed up that can often trigger seizures. Your neurologist should also order for you to have a CT scan, SPECT scan and PET scan done on you this will show all the detail of what's going on in your brain and if you are having seizures. Keep us posted and in the mean time take vitamin B12 1000 mcg. a day to see if that helps you. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!
