Default Fms/cfs

I have FMS and CFS, today it is storming and Noaa weather radio keeps sending out Severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings.

Overcast, rainey weather always makes my FMS worse, and I am bruising more, I believe that is due to the myofacia locking down over my muscles to tightly that it causes capilleries in the skin to break and buise more easily.

I hope you all are pain free and have energy today.
