Default Supplement which relieved my friends CFS!

Hi all CFS sufferers. I just wanted to post about this supplement has helped a friend of mine probably relieved 70% of his symptoms and he was diagnosed with having CFS. Its amazing now he is staying on this permanently and he is out and about doing things living life again and doing well whereas before he couldn't get out of bed or the house.

Have a look:

We don't know if he has some mitochondrial abnormality which was causing his CFS but if this supplement is helping to the degree i mentioned then he must've had.

It's worth a try for anyone with CFS like issues.

Thank you so much for the information. Do you know why he started taking this? Was it suggested by a doctor for him. I have emailed the company and will see what they say what else would be good to take. As having RSD also i sometimes wonder if i have fibro because of muscle pain and exhaustion. Any more information would be so appreicated. How much does he take and how long did it take to notice a difference.

He takes 4 a day as recommended on the bottle.

It seems he might have had an isolated acetyl l carnitine deficiency as to why he had the CFS like symptoms from my observation.
