I have multiple trigger points in my upper body, mainly in my neck and along the spine. I live in Seattle, Washington, and am desperate to find any health practitioner in any field who successfully treats myofascial pain syndrome/trigger points. Can anyone recommend a health practitioner in Seattle who can help with my trigger points? I'm looking for someone who is well-versed in Travell and Simon's recommended trigger point therapies, such as spray and stretch and trigger point injections.

He is a rhymatologist ... please forgive my spelling there... but he is wonderful. He does not take insurance however, but he is not that expensive. If you see him and would like to take a different approach to what he suggests, he will definetly get you in the right direction.
