I'm new to talking about my pain, I was diagnosed with Fibro in 1993 following an accident I was not suppose to come out off. Lucky, yes, but many years of practically being bedridden and dressed like a rag doll. With a lot of TLC from my husband, I eventually started walking again and returned to work. Now 13 years later I'm told I have Mysenthenia Gravis and going through hell again. I now have difficulty walking, holding a glass of water in my hand, or even just a phone receiver. I have the usual eye difficulties and just don't want to go anywhere or even do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to relearn to deal with starting over again...
