Heart FM Awareness Day update...

FIBROMYALGIA AWARENESS Day was a HUGE success! Master P will be blogging on TOSS of his experience.

Last week was a tough one...the last 3 months have been tougher. Why do good people get devestating news, why do our loved ones pass waaay to early? Dealing with 2 family losses the last couple of months due to cancer. Cousin passed from HTN and diabetes stroke in his young 40's. Now a very good neighbor's cancer is back with a vengence after 14 years. Kim is a sheriff under a lot of stress the last couple of years at work. Her hubby who took early retirement from the Anaheim police dept to spend time with their kids activities. Prostate cancer last year just fine now on radiation as PSA markers went up last. "Nipping it in the bud" as Dave says. 3 gorgeous young children. My tummy is churning every minute of every day for them. Prayer groups help, their medical teams. They have to.

The good news....PT, accupressure and accupunture is helping tremendously. Getting stronger to face life very day. Yes, the TOS pain is still there but I feel I can deal with it days without be drugged into oblivian in bed 24/7. However, the FM & RSD is at bay, right now...so much better. I LOVE my PT, accupuncturist, my whole team! It takes an army for mind, body and soul

Glad to hear it was a success.

I'm also glad to hear some things are in remission. But sorry to hear
that some things are not. Please keep working through the things.

I hope the PT and things keep working. I am working through my
things too. My main help right now, is a massage therapist,
that is working through my tight muscles.

I am working through all my problems too.
