The right medical doctor that is a specialist with CFS/fibro and supplements is wonderful. Having great blood testing is important. To see if the hormones are OK, Vit. D3, B12, seratonin, and other things.

My supplements have been helpful for my CFS and I do love D-Ribose. I use Source Naturals powder in OJ. My dose is given to me by my doctor. A knowledgable doctor can help with all supplements and dosages.

I had no nausea with D Ribose. Google it, it is a sugar. I had nausea from Alpha Lipoic Acid for two days. I just cut the dose down and worked back up.
