My wife has Chronic Fatigue. For a number of years now it has seemed there are limited resources in our area, which is weird since the first documented cluster of CFS in the United Sates was found in Lyndonville, just 30 minutes from our house.
So I'm looking for flesh and blood people in this area with CFS and Fibro to see if there is a support group and if not make one. ** I got tired of watching my wife suffer and make little progress so I'm taking the bull by the horns, so to speak. I would really like to get some input from patients about their experiences with fitness routines and what they would like to see in such a things. ** So anybody in the Niagara Frontier, give a shout out! |
