Thanks for putting this information on the site. A friend of mine who teaches Tai Chi told me about it, and now I'm glad I could read the actual press release. I do think I'll give it a try. Everybody can benefit from exercise and meditation....She says it will take awhile for someone to get more into the meditative aspects, but it will pay off for fibromyalgia after awhile.

This would certainly lend credence to my massage therapist frequently urging me to try Tai Chi!
