Default Do they go hand in hand??

I have suffered from Fibromylagia which progessed until I had to give up my job for over ten years now. In the last months I have started with severe fatigue. My Dr. wants me to go for a sleep study, but the thought of that frazzles my nerves to no end. It has gotten to the point that two hours after I get up I could take a nap. I feel like I am being lazy so I don't give in and all I do all day is walk in circles not getting any cleaning done because everything overwhelms me. If I sit down my let is constantly bouncing. I am a mess. My question is how often does someone have both conditions and would it just show up like this. Also, I hate to call my dr. again fearing he will think I am a hypochondriac. I had high blood pressure and was being treated for it. Then one day my pressure was low and he cut it in half and said come back in two weeks to have it checked. It was normal and the nurse told him and he said to stop the meds. I asked for bloodwork to check my vitamin D. I got a call saying it was 29 and should be 30-100. I was instructed to take 1000 units of over the counter D. This was almost a month ago and I see no difference. Has anyone had any of these things going on?
Thanks for any input. Joanne

Have you ever tried a candida elimination plan? It sounds like you are a strong candidate. The two can most certainly go hand in hand, especially in severe cases of Candidiasis. I had joint problems and fatigue problems that were all because of candida. There are many plans out there, but I've only used one. I've had such success with it that I would recommend it. www.mccombsplan.com is the website.
