Default busPIRone

I started taking this on 10/3. Worked my way up to 10mg a day. I'm not sleeping well. Thrashing around a lot and during the day I'm fidgety. Some nausea as well. I'm taking it all in one dose.

I have a call into the doctor but no return call.

I'm thinking of breaking up the dosage and taking it twice per day to see if that make s a difference.

Any thoughts?
