Default Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Fibromyalgia

I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis which has many similar symptoms to Fibro. Anyone else have this additional diagnosis? I have had Fibro for at least 10 years now. Any tips on dealing with this additional problem would be greatly appreciated!
