Default Lyrica allergy

Hi, I am new to Neuro Talk
I have fibro and lupus, my doctor prescribed Lyrica and Amitriptyline (i was on this before the Lyrica).

They both helped with the pain but my heart pounded and I was very hyper to the point where I couldn't fall asleep at night.

I was wondering if anyone else had these reactions and if I should just keep trying one or the other and maybe it would level out.

Also, is diet very important?

Thanks!!
