Confused My skin is on fire!!!!

Lately my face, back, arms & legs feel like they are on fire and when anyone touches me it feels like they slapped the worst sun burn in the world.. Is there anything that I can do to get around this or something to help deal with this so I may snuggle with my kids? Any suggestions would be most appreciated..

Jenn,
For the burning pain, try using Alka Seltzer once per day. It has helped many on our Peripheral Neuropathy forum with burning pain. Thanks to mrsD.
Love, catloucle

My Doc said that this was common... Also that a lot of people who suffer with Fibro go threw this. The part that disturbed me about my doc appointment today was that he said it was common but didn't give me any suggestions as to how I can make it better.
